What is the difference between Starter and Pro? ▾
Starter is for teachers with 1–2 subjects and lighter grading needs — it includes 600 auto-grades and 50 AI assessments per month with 5 subject folders. Pro is for full-time teachers handling 3–6 subjects, with 1,200 auto-grades, 100 AI assessments, unlimited folders, and priority support.
Can I switch plans anytime? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get access immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free? ▾
Your data is always safe. Grade records, assessments, and gradebook entries are never deleted regardless of plan. If you exceed Free tier limits after downgrading, you just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial for paid plans? ▾
There is no separate free trial — instead, Skoolari offers a permanent Free plan that lets you try the core features with no time limit and no credit card required. When you are ready for more assessments, auto-grades, or advanced features, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time.
Is 600 auto-grades per month enough for Starter? ▾
For most teachers with 1–2 subjects and around 30–40 students per class, yes. That's roughly 15–20 auto-graded activities per month — more than enough for a typical grading period. If you find yourself needing more, upgrading to Pro is easy.
Can I add more teachers to the Campus plan? ▾
The Campus plan supports up to 30 teacher accounts with 800 shared assessments and 2,000 shared auto-grades per month. If you need more, contact us to discuss options.
What payment methods are accepted? ▾
We accept GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer for annual plans. Campus plans can also be invoiced for institutional procurement.
Is my school's data private and secure? ▾
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Campus plans include data privacy compliance documentation suitable for DepEd and CHED requirements.
What happens when I reach my storage limit? ▾
You'll be notified by email at 80% capacity. When full, you can delete unused materials to free up space, or upgrade for more storage. Grade records and assessments are never affected by storage limits.
