Starter is for teachers with 1–2 subjects and lighter grading needs — it includes unlimited auto-grades and 35 AI assessments per month with 5 subject folders. Pro is for full-time teachers handling 3–6 subjects, with 50 AI assessments, 8 subject folders, unlimited auto-grades, and priority support. You upload the material each assessment is based on at generation time — nothing needs to be stored beforehand.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get access immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Your data is always safe. Grade records, assessments, and gradebook entries are never deleted regardless of plan. If you exceed Free tier limits after downgrading, you just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade again.

There is no separate free trial — instead, Skoolari offers a permanent Free plan that lets you try the core features with no time limit and no credit card required. When you are ready for more assessments, auto-grades, or advanced features, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time.

For most teachers with 1–2 subjects, 35 AI-generated assessments per month is more than sufficient. That's roughly 1–2 new assessments per week. If you need more, upgrading to Pro gives you 60 per month.

The Campus plan is currently in development and coming soon. It will support multiple teacher accounts with shared resources. Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The upcoming Campus plan will include data privacy compliance documentation suitable for DepEd and CHED requirements.

You'll be notified by email at 80% capacity. When full, you can delete unused materials to free up space, or upgrade for more storage. Grade records and assessments are never affected by storage limits.

Both Starter and Pro include high-volume auto-checking (answer-sheet scoring with sex-disaggregated item analysis), Word / Excel / PowerPoint export, and email support. The difference is volume: Starter gives you 5 subject folders, 30 AI assessments, 20 DLL / DLP / Semi-DLP / ILAW lesson plans, 10 instructional materials, 20 PowerPoint contents, 20 visual aids, and up to 2,000 AI-checked sheets per month, with 500 MB of storage. Every plan can print an end-of-term packet — report cards, promotion summary, and award list in one file — for one section. Pro prints that packet, and report cards, SF9, Grade 1 progress reports, promotion summaries, and award lists, for several sections at once — useful for advisers and master teachers handling more than one class. Pro advisers can also collect grades: subject teachers on any DepEd plan send the term grades from their class record to the adviser's report card, where the adviser reviews and applies them. Pro gives you 8 subject folders, 70 AI assessments, 35 DLL / DLP / Semi-DLP / ILAW lesson plans, 15 instructional materials, 35 PowerPoint contents, 35 visual aids, and up to 3,200 AI-checked sheets per month, with 5 GB of storage. When a monthly allowance is used up, that tool stays locked until your allowance renews — on your billing date each month (on Free, the day of the month you signed up) — or until you upgrade.

Six. The ILAW Lesson Plan under DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 is the default: you write the lesson decisions and Skoolari organizes and polishes them into the official format, with the Declaration of AI Use filled in. And five reference drafts written entirely by AI: an AI-drafted ILAW, the Daily Lesson Log, the Detailed Lesson Plan, the Semi-Detailed Lesson Plan, and the Observation-Ready DLP aligned to the Classroom Observation Tool. DO 16 does not allow fully AI-generated lesson plans (Sec. 23), and allows DLL and DLP only until the end of Term 1, SY 2026–2027 (Sec. 43), so the reference drafts are labelled "not for submission". All six draw from the same monthly lesson-plan allowance and are saved into your subject folder automatically. For the reference drafts you can also tick optional extras — a structured group activity, vocabulary and context-clue practice, or a cross-curricular link.

Yes. Any generated lesson plan has a Slides from this plan button that opens the PowerPoint generator already filled in from that lesson, so the deck follows the same sequence you planned. For grading performance tasks, choose Rubric as the material type in the Instructional Materials tool — Skoolari builds a criteria-by-level scoring grid with weighted criteria and observable descriptors, which draws from your monthly instructional-materials allowance.

It is a Detailed Lesson Plan written specifically for a formal classroom observation. You pick the COT indicators you want your observer to see evidenced, and Skoolari writes the lesson to demonstrate them — a two-column teacher/learner script, differentiated activities (including learners with disabilities), and a margin note on each phase showing which indicator it evidences. It is built from the official DepEd Classroom Observation Tool (COT-RPMS, Appendix J.1) for Teacher I–III (Proficient). Master Teachers are rated on a different tool, so this format is not yet aligned to the Highly Proficient indicators. Always check the generated plan against the COT copy your own observer will use. Like the other AI-written formats, it is labelled a reference draft, not for submission as your lesson plan under DO No. 16, s. 2026.

Yes. The ILAW Lesson Plan follows DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 and its Lesson Planning Guide (Annex B): Intentions · Learning Experience · Assessing Learning · Ways Forward, for all grade levels. Because DO 16 keeps the objectives, the learner context, and the design of the lesson with the teacher, you write those parts and Skoolari organizes them; your learner context is never sent to the AI. The DLL and DLP follow the DO 42, s. 2016 formats, which DO 16 allows only until the end of Term 1, SY 2026–2027, and Skoolari labels them as reference drafts.

Yes. Assessments are generated for the subject, grade level, and topic you enter, and TOS-Based mode builds the test from the specific learning competencies you list, with a Table of Specifications. Under DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, summative tests and term exams must be teacher-made and based on the lessons actually taught, and AI may help draft test items. Review and adapt every item before use — you remain responsible for the test.

Skoolari's built-in DepEd Class Record follows DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026: three terms; Written/Oral Works, Performance Tasks, and Examinations, with the exam split into two summative tests and a term exam weighted 30/30/40; the prescribed weights for Grades 2–10, GMRC / Values Education (cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains), and the Strengthened SHS; Grade 12 with its older weights (DO 15, Sec. 49) on the same three terms; and the adjusted transmutation table for SY 2026–2027. A remediation watch lists learners below 75% in a component so you can start interventions early (Sec. 68). It is designed to make filling out and tracking your class records faster and easier. Your school's submission and official records remain your responsibility — Skoolari helps you prepare them accurately and efficiently.

Yes. The Report Card page builds the Learner's Performance Report (DO 15, s. 2026, Annex G) for Grades 2–12: grades come from your own class records, or you type the grades other subject teachers give you — or, on DepEd Pro, they send them to you from their own class records for you to review — with the general average, attendance, and teacher comments. It also shows each learner's promotion status and Summer Remedial Class results with the Certificate of Recomputed Final Grade, and proposes awards (Academic Excellence, Leadership Excellence, and Excellence in a Specific Learning Area) for your Awards Committee to confirm. For Grade 1, the PACE page records A–E ratings per competency, parent remarks, attendance, and classroom awards, and prints the Learner's Progress Report with the PACE Form (Annex F). Daily Attendance lets you mark learners present, late, or absent each school day: its monthly totals fill the attendance on both reports, flag learners near 12 absences or over 20% of class days (Sec. 70), and print as an SF2-style monthly sheet. The Intervention Log keeps a dated record of parent calls, home visits, conferences, and remedial sessions for each learner, with the outcome, and prints it for the adviser and school head (Sec. 64, 68, 70). No learner data is sent to AI on these pages.

Not by itself. DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, Sec. 61 asks teachers to submit grades using official DepEd forms and digital systems (DO No. 6, s. 2025), to keep supporting documents (assessment tools, rubrics, raw scores, feedback) for at least one school year, and to store digital records in official DepEd systems, networks, or authorized drives. Skoolari is a teacher's own helper, not an official DepEd system, and it is an authorized drive only if your school authorizes it. Use Skoolari to prepare your records accurately: the class record, report cards, promotion summaries, and certificates print or export in the DepEd layouts, and gradebook data exports to CSV. Then keep the official copies where your school requires. Skoolari keeps your grade records while your account exists, deletes photographed answer sheets after 90 days, and deactivates free accounts after 6 months without use and deletes them 60 days later (with email notice first), so keep your own copies of anything you must retain. The Backup & Restore page downloads all your DepEd records (sections, report cards, attendance, intervention logs, and class records) in one file you can keep in your school's authorized drive, and brings them back if something is deleted.

Yes. Skoolari's AI understands both English and Filipino. Just specify in the Additional Instructions field that you want the output in Filipino, or note which sections should be in Filipino (e.g. "Generate the DLL in Filipino for MAPEH").

Yes. On DepEd Starter and Pro, generated content can be downloaded as a Word (.docx) file or an Excel (.xls) file that you can edit before submitting. On every plan, including Free, you can copy the text or save the print-ready file. The files are formatted and ready to fill in and print.
