What is the difference between DepEd Starter and Pro? ▾
Both Starter and Pro include high-volume auto-checking (answer-sheet scoring with sex-disaggregated item analysis), Word / Excel export, and email support. The difference is volume: Starter gives you 5 subject folders, 30 AI assessments, 20 DLL / DLP / Semi-DLP / ILAW lesson plans, 10 instructional materials, 20 PowerPoint contents, and up to 2,000 AI-checked sheets per month. Pro gives you 8 subject folders, 70 AI assessments, 35 DLL / DLP / Semi-DLP / ILAW lesson plans, 15 instructional materials, 35 PowerPoint contents, and up to 3,200 AI-checked sheets per month.
Which lesson plan formats can Skoolari generate? ▾
Five. The <strong>Daily Lesson Log (DLL)</strong> in the official weekly format; the <strong>Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP)</strong> for a single period; a <strong>Semi-Detailed Lesson Plan</strong> in outline form when you do not need a full script; the MATATAG <strong>ILAW Lesson Plan</strong> (DO 3, s. 2026); and the <strong>Observation-Ready DLP</strong> aligned to the Classroom Observation Tool. All five draw from the same monthly lesson-plan allowance, and each one is saved into your subject folder automatically. You can also tick optional extras — a structured group activity, vocabulary and context-clue practice, or a cross-curricular link — to have them written into the plan.
Can Skoolari make my slides and rubrics too? ▾
Yes. Any generated lesson plan has a <strong>Slides from this plan</strong> button that opens the PowerPoint generator already filled in from that lesson, so the deck follows the same sequence you planned. For grading performance tasks, choose <strong>Rubric</strong> as the material type in the Instructional Materials tool — Skoolari builds a criteria-by-level scoring grid with weighted criteria and observable descriptors, which draws from your monthly instructional-materials allowance.
What is an Observation-Ready lesson plan? ▾
It is a Detailed Lesson Plan written specifically for a formal classroom observation. You pick the <strong>COT indicators</strong> you want your observer to see evidenced, and Skoolari writes the lesson to demonstrate them — a two-column teacher/learner script, differentiated activities (including learners with disabilities), and a margin note on each phase showing which indicator it evidences. It is built from the official DepEd Classroom Observation Tool (COT-RPMS, Appendix J.1) for <strong>Teacher I–III (Proficient)</strong>. Master Teachers are rated on a different tool, so this format is not yet aligned to the Highly Proficient indicators. Always check the generated plan against the COT copy your own observer will use.
Does Skoolari DepEd mode follow the official DepEd DLL, DLP, and ILAW formats? ▾
Yes. The DLL generator follows the official DepEd Daily Lesson Log format with all required sections: Objectives (KSA), Content, Learning Resources, Procedures (Review, Motivation, Presentation, Discussion, Practice, Generalization, Evaluation, Additional Activities), Remarks, and Reflection. The DLP follows the standard Detailed Lesson Plan format for single-period lessons. You can also generate the new MATATAG <strong>ILAW Lesson Plan</strong> (Intentions · Learning Experience · Assessment · Ways Forward), faithful to the DepEd Guidelines on Lesson Planning and Learning Design (Appendix A, DO 3, s. 2026) — ideal for MATATAG high-school classes.
Are assessments aligned to MELC? ▾
Yes. When you enter the subject, grade level, quarter, and topic, the AI generates assessments aligned to the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELC). You can also enter a specific MELC or competency code for the DLL / DLP / Semi-DLP / ILAW generator to ensure exact alignment.
Does this replace DepEd's official class record and grading system? ▾
Skoolari's built-in DepEd Class Record follows DepEd's own prescribed format — Q1–Q4 quarters, Written Works (25%), Performance Tasks (50%), Quarterly Assessment (25%), and the official transmutation formula (PS ÷ HPS × 40 + 60). It is designed to make filling out and tracking your class records faster and easier. Your school's submission and official records remain your responsibility — Skoolari helps you prepare them accurately and efficiently.
Can I generate lessons in Filipino? ▾
Yes. Skoolari's AI understands both English and Filipino. Just specify in the Additional Instructions field that you want the output in Filipino, or note which sections should be in Filipino (e.g. "Generate the DLL in Filipino for MAPEH").
Can I download and edit the generated documents? ▾
Yes. Generated content can be downloaded as a Word (.docx) file or an Excel (.xls) file (and plain .txt) that you can edit before submitting. The files are formatted and ready to fill in and print.
Can I switch from DepEd Public School mode to SUCs and Private Schools mode? ▾
Yes. Contact us at info@skoolari.com and we can switch your account mode. Note that switching modes changes your dashboard tools entirely.
Is there a free trial for paid DepEd plans? ▾
There is no separate trial — Skoolari offers a permanent Free plan with 5 assessments, 2 DLLs, and 2 IMs per month so you can test the quality before upgrading. No credit card required.
What payment methods are accepted? ▾
We accept GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer for annual plans.
Is my data private and secure? ▾
Yes. All uploaded materials and generated documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. You can download and delete your data at any time from your account settings.
